3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

3.1 Conditions for Return

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)

The product must:

  • Be unused and undamaged

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all labels, tags, accessories, manuals, and included items

Defective or Damaged Returns

Items may be returned regardless of condition if they arrive defective or damaged. Please provide photographs or videos documenting the issue.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return:

Please note that approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and, if necessary, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and promotional items received with the order.

Include Documentation

Include any requested return authorization documents and supporting evidence.

Return Label

Customers are responsible for obtaining, printing, and paying for return shipping labels unless otherwise approved by Everfield Living.

4.3 Shipping the Return

Method

Returns must be sent by mail using a reputable carrier such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Window

Returned merchandise should be shipped within 7 days of receiving return authorization.

5. Return Shipping Costs and Fees

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • Shipping damage

  • An incorrect item sent by Everfield Living

Restocking Fees

  • Change-of-mind returns: 20% restocking fee

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: No restocking fee

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind (Non-Defective Products)

Eligibility

  • Be unused

  • Be undamaged

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

Refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus:

  • A 20% restocking fee

  • Any applicable return shipping costs

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

Documentation

Photos or videos may be required to verify the claim.

Resolution

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

  • A replacement item

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Resolution

We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

Notification

Contact us if your product has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe.

Resolution

We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we may issue a replacement or full refund.

6.5 Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not already entered processing or shipment.

After Shipment

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Once received, it may be returned according to this Return & Refund Policy. Change-of-mind returns remain subject to the 20% restocking fee.
